These Terms govern your use of HomeVisio, operated by Rushly Technologies Limited (company number 17251039), registered in England and Wales. By using HomeVisio you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
HomeVisio is an AI-powered tool that generates visual previews of how a space could look after a transformation. Generated images are illustrative and may differ from real-world results.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
3. Credits and purchases
- Each image transformation consumes 1 credit.
- New accounts receive 3 free credits.
- One-time credit packs never expire.
- Pro plan credits reset every billing cycle and do not roll over.
4. Refunds
Digital credits are non-refundable once delivered. If a transformation fails due to a fault on our side, your credit is automatically refunded. For any billing issue, email support@homevisio.co.uk and we'll handle it fairly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, or that depicts identifiable people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and remove the offending content without refund.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You receive a licence to use the AI-generated outputs you produce for personal or commercial use, subject to plan terms. The HomeVisio name and software remain our property.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeVisio and Rushly Technologies Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on AI-generated previews. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
