HomeVisio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Rushly Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17251039), registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration number C1956631).
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, hashed password.
- Uploaded photos — images you upload for transformation, and the AI-generated images we return to you.
- Usage data — credits, transformations generated, plan details.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, basic device information.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the HomeVisio service (generate transformations, manage your account, process payments).
- To improve the product and prevent abuse.
- To send essential service emails (receipts, security alerts).
3. Third parties (data processors)
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — authentication, database and storage hosting (EU region).
- Fal.ai / Replicate — AI image generation infrastructure.
Each processor handles personal data under contractual safeguards consistent with UK GDPR.
4. Retention
- Account and transformation data is retained while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, all transformations, credits and profile data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Limited transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@homevisio.co.uk. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
7. Children
HomeVisio is not intended for users under 16.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
